I created Events by Rachel because I believe planning your wedding should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My goal is to give couples the confidence to enjoy every moment, knowing every detail has been thoughtfully planned and every moving piece is taken care of.

With years of experience planning and coordinating complex events throughout Niagara, I've built my reputation on staying organized, communicating clearly, and solving problems before they ever reach my clients. From vendor coordination and detailed timelines to managing the unexpected, I thrive behind the scenes so your day feels effortless.

While weddings are at the heart of what I do, I also plan corporate events and private celebrations with the same thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and commitment to creating memorable experiences.

I believe the best events aren't just beautiful. They feel personal, welcoming, and seamlessly executed from beginning to end.

When I'm not planning weddings, you'll usually find me exploring Niagara with my German Shepherd, Gypsy, enjoying a glass of Niagara wine with friends, or discovering a new local restaurant. I believe life's best memories are created through shared experiences, and that's exactly what inspires the way I approach every celebration.
