Hi, I'm Rachel - founder of Events by Rachel and your go-to for planning corporate events, weddings, and private gatherings that feel intentional, engaging, and stress-free.

With years of hands-on experience running events across Niagara, I’ve seen what works (and what doesn’t). I’m all about thoughtful details, streamlined logistics, and creating spaces where people actually connect - whether that’s a team retreat, an intimate wedding, or a milestone celebration.

My background blends creativity with execution. I’m a big-picture thinker who also loves the nitty-gritty of schedules, vendors, and flow. If it matters to you, it matters to me - and I’ll handle it like it’s my own.

When I’m not planning events, you’ll find me walking my dog Gypsy, sipping wine with friends, or discovering hidden gems around town. I believe in experiences over things, community over perfection, and making the moment count.
